As a customer of NoeCosmetics.com, you have 30-day No question asked returns guarantee. Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid.

UK Returns and Exchange

International Returns

Please emails sales@noecosmetics.com for prior authorization. All items must be returned prior to a refund.

International Delivery

Please note, orders that are shipping outside of the UK will not be charged UK sales tax but may be subject to customs charges and tax that will need to be paid directly to your delivery country. This affects orders placed in all currencies.

We advise you to please check the requirements with the local authority before placing your order.

Coronavirus Update

Due to increased order volumes, our order processing times are delayed by 1-2 days and several items are currently unavailable. We will do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible and are expecting more stocks on items soon.

Shipping and Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed during weekends or holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 14.00 GMT. Orders received after that are processed the following business day. Orders received on Fridays after cut-off  time are processed on Monday. 

If we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders, order processing and shipments may be delayed. 

Non-delivery of items. For standard shipping, if your delivery hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, we will assume it has been lost in the mail and will arrange a new dispatch. 

For expedited shipping, if your items haven’t arrived within 5 days, we will arrange a new dispatch.
